Reminisce Portrait

This portrait add-on perfectly pairs with the Custom Full-Body Portrait. Picture your grown pet next to their baby self, a reminder of your special journey.

Important information to note:

Please note that this portrait is to be paired with the Custom Portrait - Full Body. If you have an existing portrait, kindly include the original order number in the notes section. If you do not have an existing portrait you would like to pair the Reminisce portrait with, you will have to also purchase the Custom Portrait - Full Body.

If your original portrait was created prior to 2023, we kindly request you to contact us at bensonandleeco@gmail.com to discuss the status of your file.

Starting March 1, 2023, Benson + Lee will provide one 3000x3000 pixel sized digital file and one transparent PNG only, which can be used for various purposes such as phone wallpaper, computer wallpaper, and more. The digital file will be saved at 300 DPI and emailed to you.

The processing time for your order is typically four to five weeks. When selecting the number of subjects, please ensure that you choose the correct amount (for example, 2 animals/people = 2 subjects).

Files are deleted 1 year after creation.

Please note that we do not offer physical products - this is a digital file only. As a custom product, we are unable to provide refunds or accept returns.
